made a sad attempt to eat completely ‘clean’ today, but gave in to some temptations……….. ehhhh, tomorrow’s a new day, right?
anyway, here’s my food log for today.
breakfast: 2 waffles, 1 cup of coffee (added some sugar, creamer and milk to it)
lunch: 2 croissants, half a bowl of chedder and broccoli rice, and 2 morningstar chicken nuggets.
dinner: steamed veggies mixed with white rice and soy sauce
snacks: 2 more croissants and a handful of peach rings
